1. Indeed. Greeks are panicking and making themselves sure they can still have mighty euros when the new drachma arrives with the new drama.

  3. Yeah. I wish it was a joke. But if Greece leaves the Euro in a disorderly fashion, her banking system will collapse completely, leaving her institutions bare naked and without maneuvering capacity. 
  4. Lame puns won’t solve the crisis. Spaniards, Portuguese and Italians would have less reasons to trust their own banks and would run to deposit their euros in Switzerland and Germany. It is already happening, but not in full-scale. Yet.
  5. I would be better, if EVERY country of the EU would leave the Euro at the same time. The experiment is dead, but it is not finished yet. It’s about time.
  6. A Second Great Depression would signal the end of the Wasteful Welfare State era. Fascists have already won seats in Greek Parliament already, by the way.
